Job Description
Summary:
This position provides a wide range of credit related support functions relative to the Bank's risk management process. This position is primarily responsible for performing cash flow, financial and risk analysis for new business loan requests in accordance with bank policy and procedure. This position primarily supports Small Business and Commercial Banking Lending Divisions, but may be called upon to support other divisions as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Fully understand and administer BankUnited Credit Policy and Procedures. Review and create electronic credit files within the Bank's loan origination system. Review new applications for completeness, proper loan structure, and adequate collateral. Review Credit Bureau Investigation and identify applicable risk. Research industries and industry trends, as applicable. Analyze lien & judgment and due diligence searches. Perform global cash flow and risk rating analysis. Spread business financial statements. Identify CRA eligible credit opportunities. Perform analysis of business financial statements. Proactively address and/or seek approval for identified credit risk with the Credit Officer. Prepare Credit Approval Memorandum. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Senior level Credit Analysts provide training and mentoring to other members of the Credit Center. EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
SBA 7a program knowledge preferred Bachelor's Degreewith a focus on Accounting or Finance preferred required 7-9 Years of credit and/or portfolio management experience required Alternate combination of education and experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Banking, Loans & Insurance, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
