Overview Canoo is looking for an energetic, results-oriented Service Operations Manager that desires an exciting career in the Electric Vehicle Industry. Responsibilities Responsible for service network strategy, including collision, maintenance, wear and tear services to our customers Establish/Manage partnerships with suppliers across post-sale operations landscape Develop posture on continued after-sale support models, such as maintenance contracts, extended warranties Work closely with aligned suppliers to deliver on timelines, pricing, etc Lead a small team that manages day-to-day support across the various workstreams Participate in cross-functional/cross-regional projects to improve the service operations infrastructure across the entire enterprise. Establishes/utilizes available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining customer loyalty Accomplishes objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing Monitor, generate and interpret results of reports necessary to overall service operations Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures, and rules Understands and stays aware of federal, state and local regulations that may affect holistic service operations Qualifications Required Experience 4
years' experience in service operations. Automotive experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in implementation across cross functional projects. Ability to understand and communicate needs of all stakeholders including technical teams to drive alignment and successfully achieve strategic goals Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity Maintain highly organized project plans and prepare presentations for varying audiences Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism Ability to proactively identify problems, misalignment with brand standards and foster creative solutions between internal and external team Proactive and assertive leadership abilities and keen decision-making skills Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience 2
years' experience with tire, battery, or glass providers in the automotive industry 2
years' experience with maintenance or server providers in the automotive industry Solid understanding of quantitative and statistical approaches to business analysis related to revenue analytics and revenue optimization
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
