Overview Canoo's Design-IHM is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Transporter/ vehicle handling specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to transport Design properties to and from HQ Torrance, CA Reporting to the Technical Platform Manager, the person in this role will support the design department's objective to transport, manage and upkeep properties. Responsibilities Loading and unloading multiple properties Transportation of concept/prototype properties Maintain a daily logbook. pre and post inspections of vehicles Perform other related duties as assigned. Concept/prototype vehicle handling Upkeep of concept/prototype vehicles Vehicle fleet Maintenace and record keeping Qualifications Clean class A driving record 10
years' experience in the transportation industry Experience in event planning and execution Attention to detail Vehicle detailing experience Basic mechanical knowledge Preferred Experience Trade show experience Knowledge of high/low voltage systems Travel Requirements 50% of the time Reasonable Accommodations Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. $100K -- $150K
