Overview Canoo's Customer Journey & Aftersales Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated individual to join the Data Product Management team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and foster relationships with internal stakeholders and teams, ensuring technical and business teams are successful. An equal part of this role is positive momentum in growth. Reporting to the Manager of Data Product, each individual will be responsible for communicating effectively, leading conversations with both business and technical teams, working with engineering and legal teams, and considering non-traditional what ifs for business opportunities. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, fostering their relationships with external partners. Maintain a strong understanding of what digital products, features, and experiences each Canoo customer persona desires to guide your prioritization of partnerships to establish. Establish your success and growth metrics with Data Product manager. Establish relationships with internal business units for the purpose of analyzing what success means to them. Create workflows and processes that will ensure a successful delivery from ideological conception to customer delivery. Maintain with technical teams the success of the Canoo Ecosystem ensuring excellence for our customers. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in areas such as digital products, data delivery, data management, partnership development, technical project management, efficiency and innovation, or similar role. Experience in PowerBi, Splunk, and Monitoring platforms Strong established network of connections across relevant industries such as automotive, insurance, mobility, fleet management, finance, technology, or similar area of potential partnerships.
