Overview The Canoo IT Department is looking for a Senior Manager of IT Sales & Marketing Customer Journey who will work directly with the IT, Marketing, and Sales functions to assist in defining the development of go-to market strategies towards customer engagement. The Senior Manager of IT Sales & Marketing will be responsible for the crafting priorities and ensuring proper alignment across a wide body of stakeholders, driving key strategic initiatives, and building cross-functional organizational initiatives. You'll work directly with the executive team in our Justin, TX office and collaborate with leaders across a wide range of functions including finance, operations, marketing, and HR. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from many experts across a number of technical disciplines. Responsibilities Define and promote future technology and innovation strategy. Develop promotions along with Marketing and Sales functions. Build brand awareness, including market positioning. Coordinate marketing and Sales project from beginning to end. Driving advertising campaigns through best-of-breed IT systems, such as Salesforce. Create and leverage strategies with Marketing to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Work with internal customers to define KPIs for measuring success using digital solutions. Measure, improve, and revisit KPIs over time with internal customers. Propose digital solutions to both new and existing internal customers. Lead and coordinate solutioning of new Digital opportunities with internal and external clients. Interpret digital usage analytics, research target demographics, define key performance indicators, and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success. Research partnership opportunities with third party partner. Manage proper tracking, reporting, and communication of the IT operational plan that stems from Canoo strategic plans, as well as the status of key technology initiatives/projects to senior management. Collaborate with the CIO and the IT leadership team on key initiatives to design, lead and implement special projects. Foster the spirit of people development, collaboration, and continuous improvement consistent with Canoo core values. Qualifications Required Experience BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 8
years of experience in IT with an emphasis in sales and go-to-market. Software development experience. Proven digital leader who has created digital capabilities across sales, marketing, quoting, pricing, and commerce business processes. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently and driving own initiatives. Strong self-starter with an ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity to provide recommendations on project direction. Strong work ethic with flexibility and adaptability to change. Intellectual agility - the ability to learn and act on new information quickly and efficiently. Able to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization. Strong communication as demonstrated through the presentation of strategy to different levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communications including content creation through various mediums. Preferred Experience MS/MBA with 8
years of work experience. Demonstrated experience and understanding of automotive/technology development, manufacturing operations, and industrial dynamics.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Sales EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
