Overview Seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources leader with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with c-level executives, managers, foreign nationals, and external corporate partners. This will be a supervising role developing policy, SOPs, managing workflow and team members. This position is remote and WFH permitted. Responsibilities Support HR functions including employee relations, 401(k) administration, LTIP programs, workers compensation, and ER investigations Support US and global mobility processes Develop and refine immigration policies and standard operating procedures Evaluate case strategies as they relate to non-immigrant and immigrant matters Partner and oversee external vendors for immigration Manage and monitor NIV, PERM, I-9 Compliance programs Develop protocols to track and update data in various systems Collaborate with stakeholders to develop quarterly forecasts Qualifications BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent experience Must have minimum 7 years of experience in the corporate human resources in a high-volume environment Experience with employee relations, investigations, and recommended courses of action Must have experience with entire lifecycle of NIV, PERM and I-9 Compliance matters Substantive expertise in understanding the rules for US immigration Experience managing complex issues and relaying those concepts to stakeholders Must be able to hit the ground running Preferred Experience Familiarity with global migration or relocation a plus Experience with ATS systems Automotive or manufacturing experience Startup experience a plus Reasonable Accommodations Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
