Project Manager

SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects through the New Product Introduction (NPI) life cycle. The New Product Introduction process introduces new products and features to all internal and external stakeholders as well as ensures that all internal teams are prepared to Go To Market (GTM). This individual must be very detail oriented and able to initiate and kick off projects, lead meetings, set schedules, establish priorities across departments and assign and communicate action items. The project manager must be able to balance both strategic goals and tactical tasks required for new product introductions. This individual must be comfortable with running multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities to meet business goals and deadlines and influencing process improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across multiple department stakeholders Schedule, drive and lead NPI meetings (i.e. weekly project review, stakeholder sign off meetings, CEO and Executive exit meetings) Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure all new products and features meet Go To Market (GTM) project plan goals, deliverables and on schedule Identify and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all of the necessary tasks are identified and that stakeholders are completing their tasks on time or have a mitigation plan to address Define, set, manage and meet each set of project plan goals (adhering to internal process and timelines) to ensure all new product introduction initiatives and their deliverables are completed on time for GTM. Document, communicate and follow up on open deliverables and action items Excellent writing skills to facilitate clear communication across the organization Identify critical items and escalate to the appropriate parties as required Identify KPI's, project goals, etc. and report to senior management Work with the Product Management team to understand and identify new product objectives and initiatives and which of them will be a part of the NPI process Assist stakeholders to identify roadblocks and challenges and consult with them on who needs to be involved to remove the roadblocks and challenges Continually analyze and improve the NPI processes, procedures, templates, workflows, etc. Maintain and improve all Avetta NPI project resource documents MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Project Management Professional or similar certification preferred Bachelor's Degree in technology, management or related preferred 5
years of Project Management experience Software/SAAS industry experience a plus MS Project or equivalent experience required #LI-REMOTE
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
