The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and responding to customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
