We are looking for a personable and caring staff for our seasonal job openings! You must be able to spend the summer engaging people of all ages, exercise good judgment, follow written and oral instructions and effectively deal with stressful situations.
Qualified candidates will be selected based on meeting the requirements for our seasonal positions.
MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS Duties and
Responsibilities:
Enforce pool rules Verify identity of all residents and guests Present professional appearance and attitude High standard of customer service Keep pool area and restrooms tidy Prepares and maintains written logs and reports Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to observe guest behavior and deal with it appropriately Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies and confrontational situations Ability to follow routine, as well as verbal and written instruction Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures Ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun Must have:
Reliable transportation Working cell phone with data plan (GPS scheduling require while on duty) MUST BE ABLE TO BE FIRM AND STRICT WITH ENFORCING RULES Job Type:
