Leather Sectional Couch with matching Chair & Ottoman - Leather Center Dallas - this is a super nice leather couch. Was made by The Leather Center in Dallas, Texas. It's a dark navy blue leather. At the time, it was the finest grade of leather they offered, very soft & supple. I had it in the upstairs game room of my old house. Now that I've downsized, I don't need two (2) couches. It also has a matching chair & ottoman in the same color and grade of leather. Looking for it to go to a good home at a fair price. In 2017, I had it treated & re-stuffed by a wonderful upholstery person in Fort Worth, so it looks and presents as new. The leather is in amazing shape, but it it not 100% perfect. If you are looking for absolute perfection, this is not something you want. It's not at all torn up, ripped or anything like that, but there are a few scuffs on it. It's a pretty tough/durable couch and is super comfortable as is the chair. I think I have it listed at a fair price. It's very well made. Was manufactured by Leather Center when they were located in the North Dallas/Carrollton Area. I have over $1,800.00 in the cost of re-stuffing it alone. Hit me with any offers you may have.
